Built an AI natural-language segmentation engine — prompts like "users in Boston" become structured audience criteria via a Python MCP server. Shipped new Segment Builder attributes, operators and validation, plus a Segment Insights dashboard with n8n automations analyzing Gong customer calls.
Automated S3 archive/restore pipelines with SAS Viya and AWS Lambda, and ran controlled penetration tests against SAS Viya — surfacing exposure risks measured against NIST standards.
Built a reusable internal app framework on Retool, stood up a Playwright testing platform with API integrations, and unblocked a critical production release by fixing a core performance bottleneck.
Automated Sales & Service Cloud validation with Selenium and Apex test classes; validated data migration and integration across 100K+ records.
Led delivery of an ML model predicting advisor device disruptions more than an hour in advance, refining signals with the Splunk ML Toolkit.

Most engineers can tell you how to build something. I can also tell you whether it's worth building — and that distinction has shaped everything on this page.
I chose a double degree on purpose: Computer Science with an AI specialization at Waterloo (100% in Intro to AI, 99% in NLP), and a BBA in Finance at Laurier. Across five internships, the pattern held — I gravitate to the seam between a hard technical problem and a real business outcome, whether that was an AI segmentation engine at Constant Contact, penetration testing for the Ministry of Health, or test infrastructure that measurably cut production bugs.
The fund's outlook for 2026: bullish, and hiring conversations are open.
